Volvo Brand Experience Center Chengdu
Volvo celebrated the opening of its first visitor center outside Sweden, located alongside the assembly line at the Chengdu Volvo plant. Before touring the production floor, guests explore an exhibition crafted to showcase the core principles driving Volvo Cars’ innovation and identity.
RedRabbit contributed five digital modules to enrich this experience. These include an interactive touchpoint delving into the automotive design process, three stations with capacitive touch sensors that trigger videos when users engage with material samples, a group driving game emphasizing Volvo’s safety systems, and an AR experience enabling visitors to examine various metal alloys while circling a physical Volvo chassis model. Our work blends interactivity and education, bringing Volvo’s vision to life.
